Our clients find that the staffing needs within their individual companies require unique solutions.  We offer the following options to meet the needs of your specific staffing requirements:

Contract, Temporary and Temp-to-Perm assignments
 We can supply personnel for the administrative, technical, and light-industrial areas on a short- or long-term basis.
    The candidates are employees of MSS Staffing and will be sent to your facilities to perform tasks under the supervision of your managers and/or supervisors.  The pay rate of the individuals is determined by your company. All employees are covered under Workmans' Compensation and are paid on an hourly basis according to hours reflected on the timecard.  All hours over 40 per week are compensated at 1 ½ times.

Retained Search

full service option where we commit the majority of the time to filling your position.  At a minimum two candidates who meet or exceed your requirements are presented within sixty days.  Retained search is utilized at all levels when the need is of a critical nature.  Terms and conditions of retained search:

Exclusive Search and Selection Process
Search is given priority over contingency searches
We use all available resources to help fill positions quickly
Candidates accepted for interviewing are exclusive for 30 days from last interview
Replacement guarantee is 4 months

Contingency Search
may be used for ongoing openings.  Although this search imposes no priority commitment, it is an effective option when both parties are in agreement.  Terms and conditions of contingency search are:
Limited priority on a search, the quality of the candidates is not compromised.
Replacement guarantee is 30 days
No exclusivity of candidates is offered
